A Raspberry Pi server that runs lights, heating, alarm, locks, curtains and more around the house, talking to Wi-Fi Arduinos over MQTT.
I designed and built a server on a Raspberry Pi that handles a lot of the house: lights, heating and cooling, the alarm system, the coffee maker, door locks, window curtains, the intercom and more, through sensors and actuators.
The Pi talks to Wi-Fi-enabled Arduinos over MQTT, and the dashboard runs on a Flask web server. It also integrates with Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
